Sponsors and SSN tax ID safety

I am sure it is safer to run your site through a business with a tax ID but has anyone done this solo and used their SSN as a tax ID? grated is probably not safe ever to give out your SSN at all, but I was curious about this.

What type of business do you reccomend starting if so? LLC , Sole proprietorship?

I have heard the taxes are expensive to get done per year for an LLC. I heard Nevada and Delaware are good places to register an LLC

There are a lot of other advantages to being incorporated. Sure the taxes are a pain but imho you should find that with a good tax guy the benifits outweigh the expenses.

Regarding a personal SS number you should be totally fine with the well know affiliates. I have never heard of an problem and if there was it would be ALL ove r this board.
