paycom help

I am making my site in dnn.

Does paycom expect a subscribe link there and all they have to do add their payment gateway or do I not attempt the subscribe module and they do it?

If you have paycom did you just setup the site and they formatted the member login etc or are you responsible?

My experience with PayCom was that they were difficult. But I have a video on demand on my site, and my rep didn't know what it was and pretended like he did, which led me to a bunch of difficulty. They were polite and friendly the whole time but it was a difficult situation.

I never did use them. I eventually went to CCBill and things went much smoother. Even when I left, though, PayCom was cool. It was not like they were ever dicks or anything. They just were not always helpful.

Paycom / Epoch provides its clients with three ways to make sales.

ONE - The simplest method is to use Epoch's join form links behind a purchase button. The entire transaction (join/payment form) is on our secure server.

TWO - If you would prefer a two-part join form where all information except card data is collected on your server and you can have better integration with response handlers, then you may opt to integrate Epoch's Flex Post feature. If you need help with integration of Flex Post, we can recommend programmers who are trust-worthy and very familiar with its capabilities and integration.

THREE - There are various Premium Features offered by Epoch at no additional cost which can help you up-sell and cross sell without the need of the card holder to re-enter their credit card info. A quick verification on our server is all that is needed.

tm2005 - I'm not exactly sure I understand your question, but, if you would like to re-send your question to [email protected] and CC me, [email protected], I'll be happy to follow through with you.

To all: If ever you are not getting the service or response you need and deserve, please contact me and I can assure you we'll do whatever we can to make the process painless and expedient.
