Dreamweaver is nice and quite easy to get started with. Just download the trail and get running.

You can get 30 day trials of each and pretty much find a tutorial for anything you're trying to do by Googling it. After I got comfortable I went over to the Adobe products. I found out that I love designing since I was forced to learn when I got in the industry.
