vti_cnf file
Whenever i create a folder in my website frontpage creates another folder in the folder i create and name it as vti_cnf. Why this asshole creates this vti_cnf and how can make this asshole stop creating this file?

It's not an asshole, it's a piece of software that you have no idea how to use. Try telling it not to use front page extensions.
