I'm putting together a site and need a real secure hosting company. My customers, (who post important photographs), are sure everybody is going to rip them off.

I posted here a few months ago and got several responses suggesting I get my own server and a good Sysadmin, but I need a professional operation that specializes in secure hosting with their focused interest and presumed expertise.

I like the look and prices of a company I found, http://www.cwihosting.com but their phone response is lousy so I don't want to do business with them. I insist on responsive telephone customer service.

Does anyone know of a hosting company that has the features CWIhosting.com offers but has their act together?
