Professional Accounting Software
What is some good professional business software to use for companies with multi owners? I want a good accounting program that actually uses Credit's and Debit's. I need it to also generate my financial reports such as Income Statement, Cash Flow, ect based on the data inputed. If i could do this on a date range that would be amazing so I can do weekly, monthly, yearly reports.
I don't have 100's of dollors to spend on a licensing software, but im sure theres some good software out there to do this cheap. I actually coded one in PHP 2 years ago and was thinking of recoding it to work better, but I jsut dont have the time. Thanks in advance Anthony Greco TGCashin inc. |

quickbooks is by far the best out there. i used to keep track in an excel spreadsheet. after i got quickbooks i couldn't believe how much time i wasted. quickbooks generates reports with the click of the button and automates most tasks. cost? i'm sure if you spend a little time searching you can find it for free.

Quickbooks is chocked full of bugs, and after a couple years with the same version, it ceases to operate, forcing you to upgrade at ridiculous prices.
We use MS Money Small Biz 2005. It has its kinks as well, but it is much better than quickbooks. Any purchased software is going to be buggy or miss an element or 2 of what you need. If you can code, make the time. At least it will be done the way you need it done. |
