Beat up the noob with a question?
Lets say I were to run a home grown chat site.
This site would just have regular folks like yahoo chats but with cams. Would a click through tos agreement be enough to allow me to take their images from their cam broadcasts and publish them all over the net to better promote my site? Do i need to get signed releases or anything? How about like reselling the pics? Ok ok abuse me. I am new and its my first post. But after the abuse can you let me know if this legit? I posted it in the other forum but I dunno which one to ask the question in. |
