18 USC § 2257 question
Hi there,
this question has probably been answered more than once, but no answer has come my way yet. So here it goes, 'in the netherlands whe have a law that says that no new laws and/or rules can be used on things that have there origine in the time prior to the issuing of that new law or rule' or at least it says something like that, but my question is; are 18 USC § 2257 statements needed for content produced prior to the issuing of this obligation? Thanx He-Man |

There is a cutoff date for 2257 requirements. It's 199x something. google it.
