uk legal issues
hi there,
just joined this site as am working on a new paysite. not planning to take over the world, just to keep doing what i do anyway, but have it fund itself. so i've been researching legal issues for paysites and have found lots of useful info but all relates to usa law. i was wondering if anyone knew of a good resource for UK laws regarding adult content paysites. the stuff i am doing is pretty soft, vintage style niche stuff but i don't wanna get caught out on some legal thing. i have a feeling that UK law is a bit funny about bondage, from what i know about doing live shows, even at erotica and the like. just looking for info on terms and conditions and privacy policies but more importantly on disclaimers. |
