JAV ascript stops with DHTML

I don't know much about actual coding, enough to get by I guess you could say.

I have rollover images created with imageready, that uses
JAV ascript for the rollover..

However when I put some DHTML code in, it stops my JAV ascript rollovers.

To be exact,
I'm using a dynamic countdown to countdown to specific day.

here is a link to the script i'm using.
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...dhtmlcount.htm

Is there a way around it so it doesnt' stop my rollovers?

Much appreciated for anyhelp.

mispelled it on purpose.
