Paysite Launch question

I was wondering on your thoughts about the following situation:

Let's say you produce a paysite with 5 exclusive girls.

On one hand, you could launch the site with all of them up (pics, videos, whatever) to attract members.

On the other hand, you could launch with only 1 of them (or maybe (2-3), giving you updates for the first 2 weeks or month (depending how often you wish to update)

For a new paysite, which method would you prefer? I like method 1, however if I start getting signups at a decent pace (decent but not amazing), having weekly updates of a new girl or such will be costing me more than I am making in the beginning, before knowing if the site will become profitable.

Method 2 will have the same problem, just slows down the putting money in stage a few weeks/month or so.

Any thoughts?
