I have one adult keyword premium domain I invested in that receives around 2-3k unique vistors/hits per day. Some days its 2k sometimes it's over 3k I made around 300-400 per week with just linking Crakrev but now I set up an image site instead of a tube. Do you think this is a good idea or would you just link sponsors? Trying to think of a good idea for the traffic that would make the most money

It depends really what domain it is. What keywords it target? -
Where does that traffic come from? Type-ins? I'd build a fresh and updated site on it so you will get bookmarkers and the traffic will grow.

You should for sure generate traffic, by doing media buys and building a nice website which ranks well, because the domain value increases when the search engines index the the domain. You can use banners or pops, but I would not suggest redirects at this point. You should invest on the quality first. Later on you should focus on the $$$
