I would go with Payoneer. All you need is an ATM anywhere in the world and your good ;)

I highly recommend using CCBill.

They dont have their own credit card checkout pages for online payment.

I use CCbill and Epoch and have close to 3k active subscribers between the two.

CCbill:
The $1000 fee is for Visa, but its worth it. This is where we see most of our domestic users. It also has a higher return rate than Epoch. Their website can be shit at times, but has a ton of information and features for you to use as a webmaster, especially when it comes to data analysis about your members. They also have a good affiliate program that's easy to use and monitor should you decide to set one up.

Epoch:
I joined Epoch simply for their ability to take PayPal but realized shortly after that they accept payments from countries that CCbill does not. Most of our European customers come through Epoch, and adding PayPal to the site has indeed made things ALOT better. After talking to a few subscribers many told us that they enjoy the ease of "explaining" a PayPal transaction on their bank statement rather than having to hide an adult site purchase.
The PayPal thing is tricky as you have to keep a 60/40 ratio of Credit Card / PayPal users for your account to continue accepting PayPal, but with the European traffic this is not hard at all.

You can also try to set up your own merchant account, but there's a lot more programming and management involved.
No Matter what, stay away from Zombaio and do your research. Feel free to also check out which sites have won awards in the industry to get a taste of who knows what they're doing.
