I'm now testing some network. They provide me $1.2 cpm because most visitors came from the lowest tire.

I will let you know after I get my first payment.

By the way, you should try Popads.net, Popcash, Juicyads, Exoclick, Plugrush. They won't give you bad CPM if you have many traffic from #1 tier.

Did you try famous dating or webcam networks?
Also if you have real se traffic you can try adult sponsors with paysites.

1.6$ for 6000 visitors is extremely low
i suggest you change your service
its depend to your visitor's countries
most of your visitors what countries come from?

depends on countries ... might be Pakistan/China and desktop traffic

best option in my opinion (and from my experience) are exoclick banners and one popup from plugrush (desktop+mobile)
