can i run mechbunny script on shared host, i just want to upload my own videos or embed , and use the community feature. will that all work on a shared host like https://webhost.pro/

hosts don't really allow these types of things in shared hosting environment because you would be affecting everyone that is on the shared account. As mentioned before you would need VPS or Dedicated to do this.
