That"s depends of your incoming traffic.For example traffic from USA is paid with 2.3$/1k
and traffic from China is paid with 0.3$/1k.

First, save your $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] info, and look for "Bots".

You might only have 50% human traffic. I have my own sites with as high as 65% Bot traffic.
