We were thinking about starting a premium site and had a few questions:

!) Who are the best people to buy content from?

2) Once the content is bought, what are the common legal rights we have?

3) Are there reoccurring fees we must pay when the content is bought?

You seem to have too many important questions you should have answers to.

Find someone you can trust that knows the business before you do anything. That's the best tip I could give you.

These days you have to have a unique content and some great design to attract new visitors and gain some traffic from search engines.
