Is there any advertiser that buy LatinAmerican traffic

I have a site that has 200,000 uniques 25% from USA and 70% from Latin America, the advertiser that I was with is only buying my traffic from The USA, any one know of site that always buys it.

It's for ALL traffic, as long as your geo-mix is from all over the world, Tier1 and otherwise. How much you can make depends a lot on how "click-y" your site is, as the popunder gets trigger by a click anywhere on the page. I've seen click rates from as low as 1% to as high as 70%.

Best bet is to try it for a day, and see. There's no substitute for trial and error.
