    EU vs USA for tube site hosting

    So I am thinking about starting a tube site.

    Speaking in terms of law and having in mind all the possible risks involved and wanting to play this as safe as possible would it be better to host videos on EU (France probably) or USA server?

    Is there any difference at all (law wise)?

      The law difference only to what you can host on the server, no illegal things, but in some countries you can show animal related stuff and other you can't. Besides these things it is all pretty much the same.

      But if you can choose i would always go with europe.

                  Netherlands, good idea. But it doesnt really matter I guess, as long as you stick to the rules. I like ramnode, quit cheap SSD VPS.
