I don't know exactly what is the situation with the groups but i run several adult Facebook page. Maybe its similar.
In the setting you can set age+. For example: Only older user can see your page.
And be carefull with the content. Only sexy pics. No tits, no pussy.... Just hit, sexy images.Comment
