making a tube site - GoFuckYourself.com

Hello all,

I am new here & a new webmaster. I have been reading through a lot of threads here over the past week or so, & am keen to create my own niche porn tube site to compliment my blog.

I will try to tldr as much as possible:

-I wish to remain 100% legal & have no copyright worries at all.
-My budget is small (3 figures).
-I am looking for legal free/cheap content to fill the tube with.

So far signing up with hubtraffic.com and embedding videos from big tube sites makes the most sense.

However as a new webmaster I am a little stuck on a few key things:

*If I embed videos from pornhub through hubtraffic.com, is it legal or could I be sued?
*If it is not legal, where is the best place to get free/cheap content for my tube legally?
*If it is legal, is tubeace the best way to go?

Yes their affiliate program is geared to letting you embed their content on your site, just read their terms of service.

Host the videos on your server, use videos from affiliates (all legal content this way) and make sure your content is unique (edit video titles/description/tags). You will make more money using PPS/Revshare with a niche (whatever you like and feel confortable writing about), instead of embeddeing from other sites. Some good sponsors that convert for me are nasty dollars and amakings.

You can also checkout our tube script :-) It provides everything you need to run a legal tube site (channels, video feeds...).

Try easyxsites if they are still alive. They used to be quite good then had some issues.
