You have to apply for CrakRevenue, yes. But then I'm quite sure that you can use PPL offers right from the start. Their team will only limit the leads at the beginning (25/day/program).

It's true, we do have PPL offers similar in the sense that they are also Webcam offers with chatting capabilities. Once the user registers... they can type messages to the cam girl.

We start at $2.50 and $3 PPL for Tier-1 countries (e-mail submit -> confirm) = payout

You should try ClickCash they give you : 1$ -trier1 , 0,75$ - trier2 , 0,50$ - trier3 , 0,25$ - trie4 and 0,05 - trier5 ! You will not find a better option than this one
