You need hosting and a domain. Domains go for around $10 a year - while hosting varies on what you need, ranging from a minimum of around $20 a year.

Joining affiliate programs is free, there are a lot of free software to start out; and you can use adengage for your ads (see sig for link)

I would say that you can make a "shitty" interracial amateurs tube, or go for either interracial or amateurs on Mech Bunny, and work on a decent site. And this would be better.

Check the signature, it is one of the best themes I have seen. It is a full responsive, perfect for wordpress site. Plus it does not cost much, I paid more for my yesterday lunch.

Before you guys go and spend money on any software, do a search here first - see how people are being treated by the owners. Not going to mention any scripts in specific, but one has been mentioned here that has had: Huge security holes and quite a bit of an asshole owner.
