Anyone know anyone i can speak to about Paxum account?

Hi,

I have a Paxum account but haven't used it in over a year or thereabouts. Forgot my password and account details, can't even remember the email i used.

Contacted Paxum and told them and provided them with my driving license as ID, but they are not going to accept it and instead want my Passport, but I don't have it.

Anyone got any ideas or know someone i can speak to? I know they have a few of their staff registered here. If i do need my passport then i guess i won't be able to use my account.

It just seems weird they won't accept ID and all the details to confirm it's my account (all i want is the email i used) and just want my passport details only.
