Moniker.com no one answers
Hello guys, i don't know if this is the right section to post this topic but i could'nt find a better one.
i have a problem with moniker.com, they suspended most of their customer accounts for unknown reasons, so i can't get access t my account and renew my domains, they don't answer to the tickets and to the phone, they look simply disappeared. Anybody knows what to do in such a situation ? how can i move my domains without getting access to moniker ? thanks in advance for you help |

I can't login either, and I can't transfer since "domain contacts did not respond to verification e-mail".
I just remade the sites on new domains, which probably isn't the best solution for everyone. Hope you can work it out. |

Try ICANN or the TLDs administrator for assistance. Be sure to cite your inability to get assistance from the registrar so they do not refer you back to them.
