I'm working on a couple paysite projects and plan using a third party billing service to manage my sign ups and eventually a webmaster refferal program.
My question is more legal / financial :
Can an individual cash in money from this sort of thing or do you need to setup a small company in order to accept checks?
What is the best thing to do Taxwise?
What is easier / safer ?
