Whether programs would implement this or not. I wouldn't, even if the model is getting paid extra for this. And guess what. How many affiliates will keep sending traffic to so obviously leaking site, if they don't get credit for these ads? None. If you have a better solution, reply. Thanks.

EDIT: Also... Why are users coming to a cam site? To watch live cams or ads? Does this even have to be answered?
This also brings me to the quetions like "Why adblockers exist?" Because of fucks, who embelish their sites like fucking Christmass trees = more ads than content.

Do all webcam performers use programs? If the show is free, paid for by advertising, would people not watch it? This could do well for famous porn stars, especially if they do the cam show on their own site.

in this case .. the traffic = 100% model property

i think it depend on traffic volume , geo and amount of people who would act after seeing this ad.

there are few other variables :

1. how many unique users saw the ad

2. if model spoke about the product or not during show

even sometimes broadcaster can wear t-shirt with text referring to product, for example a website

Isn't it just better to have the model explain what products are being used during the show? That would make it even better. Hey, wait. Most models already do this... You don't just scrape off the brand name from products you use on a cam show, do you, models? I am trying to figure out a way this would work best for all sides but I can't. Maybe I am too drunk to think today...
