![]() Hello,
I have done websites in the past, ranging from humor to general content, but this is my first stab at an "adult" or "mature" website. I don't exactly provide content, but rather a service. Essentially I provide free message boards that permit the posting of explicit adult-content, hence why it is meant for the 18 and older crowd. With that said, here is my question... In the "Terms of Service" for my site, and every place imaginable, I have posted disclaimers and various agreements, hopefully keeping me out of trouble if an underage punk stumbles across an inappropriate picture, or if a user posts copyrighted material. But I still feel that I am not covering my ass adequately. Could anyone of you give me some tips and hints on how to protect myself in terms of legal issues? Thanks!
