SEO via alt text tags?

I'm wondering what the best way to use image tags is - I know I should make the name descriptive but should I also put keywords into the alt text field? Also, if this is the case should I then repeat the model name with every comma or do I only need her once? In other words, should it be

holly, artporn, fucking, sex etc

OR

holly artporn, holly fucking, holly sex ..?

You get the idea. Any help / pointers for image SEO welcomed.

Thanks!

title="Masturbating Debbie"
alt="Lovely Debbie is so hot from fucking that she needs to give her small tits a long massage and then fondle her bald pussy."

Something like that is what I do and and it works pretty good.

Title is always what the model is doing (one word) and her name. and the alt is always a brief description of the image itself.

I fully agree with johnclark, but if you use some automation, then it's hard to get good handwritten-like alt/title tags. If you use Wordpress then take a look at SEO Friendly Images and you can easily use templates like "Hot pics of Holly featuring artporn, fucking, sex..."

Second variant will raise a red flag for keyword stuffing.
