Need a cam solution for a solo girl site

I've got a girl who's got a couple thousand subscribers to her YouTube channel and around 500 daily visits to her personal website (non-subscription, and plan to keep it that way).

She makes her money webcamming, but of course splits the revenue with the hosting camsite.

How do I set up a webcam (billed by the minute) on her solo site, so that she doesn't have to split the revenue?

Is there an "out of the box" solution or do I need a custom programmer, cc processor, etc?

Can anyone give me an example of a solo girl site that is doing this?

I'd like to keep it as simple as possible.

Yes, pay to watch live streaming of a webcam, like on Streamate or any other cam site.

How can I set it up on a solo girl site?

What kind of setup & ongoing expenses am I looking at?

I clicked through your link to check it out and it seems interesting.

The problem is that the girl I'm working with is actually in a webcam niche with no nudity (yes, it's true) & she's squeamish about having her fans sign up at a site called "cum4tokens" to access her shows.

But I'll keep researching this option to see if there's some way to make it viable.

I do like the idea of keeping the shows private.

do you want to charge customers per-minute fee to watch live video feed or that would be monthly membership to access webcam without billing?
do you need tips option?
do you want to have kind of "Gold chat"?

Currently, she's getting $1/minute for each viewer in public group chat-mode.
If someone wants to go private, then it's $6/minute.

There is no free chat/tipping mode.

As soon as someone enters her "room" they're getting billed (this is a good revenue model)

So it's a good setup, except for the 50/50 revshare, especially when she's sending her own traffic to the webcam.

Looking over the cum4tokens revenue model, it seems that the webcam is essentially free and that money is only made from (random) tips.

That's not the way she wants to go...

we can offer such setup for a single model account at $79/month (hosting and streaming server included).

you will need to have account at ccbill or Zombaio for integration of billing system.

I am actually interesting in the same kind of solution, but I do now want to pay every month fee for that, because let's agree in the beginning it can be not so stable that You can guarantee everything. I would be more interesting in one time set up fee and then just continue on my own like some programing solution.

This fee includes hosting/streaming server and unfortunately it can't be free.
if you have your own dedicated linux server we can set it up on it, but the price would be $495 one time (WebVideo Starter package limited to 1 model).

Sounds like you already have a good setup? Why are you looking to change?
Sounds like there are double locks on the doors for casual and then premeire members.
