In need of a designer to draw up a PSD for site

So I had hired a coder to help me out but he leans more towards being a really good programmer than being really good at design.

I'm being asked for a PSD file to make things easy for him in order to build out certain aspects of my site. Only thing is, I'm not able to create something for him which he can design around.

Is there anyone who could point me in the right direction for a reliable front-end designer?

why buy when its so easy to learn, the internet is full of tutorians and PS can be learned in notime, i recommend starting with CS3
