PPS vs Revshare, Trials vs Full Mbr Profitability?

I run a little paysite based on rev-share and I want to offer PPS. When I see stats, this is what I find:
    1) trials average spent are not profitable to offer PPS
    2) full memberships average spend is profitable to offer PPS
    3) When I mix trials and full memberships average profit, it is profitable to offer PPS.
So my question is: the only important thing to consider is the total average member's spent mixed, right?
These numbers are without mailing to ex-members, never joined, upsales or pre-checked sales, etc...

Yes, this is the correct cost:benefit analysis. Of course, if you see alterations in your sign up rates and retention, you might want to change your program.

Some sites only offer PPS for select clients. Pimproll, for instance. You might want to consider it as a luxury service for those sending decent traffic that converts.
