Please help with a quick question about our film

I have been the head developer and digital video editor for online content for about 4 years for someone else. A friend and I have been in production of a full feature length film with our goal to approach "Pirates" quality, and looks more like theore.net as far as our CGI.

We are using HD cams, cranes, 35mm lenses, etc. Looks fantastic. Great script, and all unknown cast (this is an adult film that may have softer cuts). It is looking so good that my investor offered to add another 10k to the budget.

So, what is the business model? This was started as high quality online content, but should go the DVD route. I have companies I am in contact with that will reproduce, label, case, silk screen, and shrink wrap for very cheap. Are there any companies that would take this project under their wings (I already have the funds)? and at what percentage of complete is this decision made?

Forgive me for sounding naive, but we have done online stuff and was not happy with the quality. So I started this project and it seems to have come out of nowhere.

Advice?

Silk screen/case

Who are you using to case your dvd, I have been looking for someone to do it and all the people I have talked to are outrageously expensive.
