I have a shit load of content (scenes and behind the scenes) that I've never released with girls who've came and went mixed in with a few who are still here. How do I convert this content into cash?
What steps do I take to monetize this content and produce fresh content now...I can also do webcam once we're up and running. I constantly receive contacts for new talent looking to work so I'd be able to produce new stuff pretty much weekly. The key is consistency, I aim to produce consistent content and keep the quality high.
Your suggestions and help is appreciated.

Is there a credit card billing company that offers multiple ways to pay and join a site free of charge? Is it possible to do my own billing?

Create a membership site, set up an affiliate program. You can promote vids by uploading sneak peaks to tube sites... Get active on social media. Depending on budget, you can do media buys.

Make sure the site is optimized for mobile/tablet.

You can also license content, but then it wouldn't be exclusive to you.

For adult, CCbill is kinda standard, but I can get you set up with an offshore processor if you need one.
