You can use wordpress and video grabber - check my sign.
But Grabber is limited in free version.

Careful scraping adult videos from other tube sites (if that is what you had in mind). I did this, not realizing that it was a no-no, and got a get-our-shit-off-your-site email right quick and in a hurry. I thought what I was doing was no different than grabbing a video from YouTube that I like and putting it on my site. Turns out I was wrong.
So I removed the content in question right away, signed up for the site in question's affiliate program, and now all is right with my world.
