I designed my own custom forms after giving up on CCBill's 'design' department. LOL If you are looking for 'simple' forms then mine are simply the best-performing out there. But if you want 'fancy' designs that match your site (background colors, banners, etc) then make sure you don't get some 'design-happy' forms (where the designer gives you what they think 'looks good'). It's all about getting the sale not how pretty a form is.

Right now I'm in a holding pattern using those terrible 1998 forms because my nice-looking custom forms converted much much worse. Still haven't figured out why. Sometimes stuff you expect to perform well, just.... doesn't. And vice versa.

I have experience in them, and my experience tells me they are not worth your time. It is the recurring verbage that kills the sales. Not that it says recurring, the way it is displayed. Custom forms won't fix that.Comment

Sometimes the "pretty" 2014-style hip cool pretty join forms do not convert as well. That's all I was trying to say. And no, my forms are 'simple' but they are my own custom design and no one else has them. They are not the CCBill standard forms.
But I only have 84 paysites so what do I know? Good luck as always.

I was going to participate in that Beta program too but I've had so many additions and changes in the last three months it would've been way too disruptive. But I am looking forward to these new forms and would love to hear how they are doing for you.

I just started testing the new system too. Should be noted that aside from the updated look, the backend is a lot easier to work with. As we all know, the original CCBill form admin was kind of a fucking nightmare - clunky, non-intuitive, functions spread all over the place. This is much easier to use.
It's definitely still in beta, there are still some glitches and basic features not implemented yet. But overall looks good. I'd recommend Madalton, EB Adam, and anyone else looking to redesign their forms - try to hold off until this new system goes live.Last edited by deltav; 06-06-2014, 02:09 PM.*********
