    When should you ban a country from your site?

    Got a question for you guys.

    I've noticed that on one of my sites I have been getting more and more traffic from Turkey, a country which (for me) has 0 conversion rate.

    What would you guys do in this situation? Would you try to find programs that pay with Turkish traffic, or would you ban the entire country to save on bandwitdth / system resources?

    Just wondering what you guys all would do in this situation, I am not sure what to do, I am thinking I may end up having to ban them although I kinda feel bad doing it..

      I have personally banned Russia and China. There were too much fraud coming from Russia and China was only a traffic burner. As for Turkey, I have had no issues until now

          No issues until now? Are you having lots of issues with Turkey lately?

          I also want to ban Russia, I get a lot of spam and people trying to copy my stuff from Russia too, Turkey though has never been a problem, but I don't want my site to go to being a Turkish hotspot if there is no money to be made.

              I have had no issue with Turkey until now. I would day: if you anyway get no sales from Turkey, just block it. That being said, I am not a traffic guy. If your intention is to build traffic, you may need any kind of traffic... (I really don't know about this)

                          though the rate might not be qual. 4k turkey might get you 1k us, that 1k us traffic will convert nicely ;)
