Content being used by another tube... want to use traffic!

One of my domains is being used by a couple of other sites. They are simply using my videos inside a frame on their site and generating my domain about 40k traffic a day.
I have a few other domains that are doing great naturally (and this isn't an issue there) but I was wondering what I could do to capitalize on the traffic.
My site cant convert since the videos are simply being framed, so I cant get banners or aff links in, but theres GOT to be a way to pull that 40k traffic for a benefit without the site owner noticing I'm gaining from it.
I honestly don't mind if we takes the content as he is as long as theres a solid way to benefit.
Anyone have any creative/obvious answers to my questions? I'm afraid to fuck with the site so that they don't take it down and I'm giving away ridiculous traffic. (This all started in May, I've been watching it and it's just ramped. I wonder if he is moving around often enough or if someone else noticed and he just jumped to mine.)
