both of your sites appear to be indexed by google

search site:pornowls.com and site:pornsugars.com and both of them are listed, meaning that google is indexing your sites. Do you mean that you can't find your sites when searching for specific key words, or that specific pages that previously ranked well have dropped?

check the index status under health and see if it gives you a different number from the sitemap links, are there any errors reported in the summary, delete and completely rebuild the sitemap and resub it.

Check www vs non-www. It doesn't look like you specify on your site.

This ^

You can set the canonical in WMT, via .htaccess or in wordpress etc. Do this today!

if you don't set a preference google will read the www. version and the non-www. version as two different and separate sites

that means links to one won't count towards the other, and I think it has implications for duplicate content as well (not sure on that though)

As above, google does see them as separate sites and might remove duplicate content from one of the domains. In reality tho google has never dropped any of my pages ever for being duplicates,they rank don't rank as well tho.

pornowls.com --> loads index
www.pornowls.com only 680, I can see all those getting dropped as they are technically on a sub domain on the same site AND duplicate. Dealing with the GMan is consistnetly a pain in the arse. Oh as an edit I cant say which domain they would be dropped from could be either.

15 minutes late...

setting the canonical tells google they are not duplicate and the non-con should redirect.

I'd hate to be the one to say it but maybe google thinks your site is just crap and cant be bothered with it anymore, untill it is improved. I mean a title tag "Free sex movies" reaks of spam, gives no information as to the content intention, provides no value, is super competitive.

<meta name="description" content="Free sex movies,Best sex movies,free porn movies,porn,milfs,teens fucked hard, amateur sex movies,anal" />

Isn't really a description and could possible be classed as padding for "free" "sex movies" "movies", now that would get you dropped.

Any idea how to merge the 2 in Webmaster's tools?

this link has the instructions: http://support.google.com/webmasters...n&answer=44231

OP, you need to verify both versions of each site first (the www. and the non-www. versions), from there just follow the instructions in the link

good luck, I hope you get it all sorted

You have gotten great advice from others in this thread, but I just wanted to add that anytime you substantially change pages on your site, Google will either reduce your rank or de-index the offending pages completely for an arbitrary amount of time. This is done so as to prevent people from figuring out how to game the search engine. I have seen it take upwards of a few months to recover search engine rankings after a site overhaul.

The moral of the story is to not put all of your eggs in the Google basket. I know it's hard, but try to diversify your channels.

Ok you have no anchor diversity in your back link phrases at all. I am stunned that in your Google WMT account there is not a warning. Having 20k links with with Free Sex Movies as the anchor has gotten you a penalty. I am not sure which of the updates nailed you but 1 of them has.
