I am getting more and more confused on which adult SEO companies that I should use. I don`t have the time to do this myself. Today I am only doing stuff like posting on vimeo, youtube and facebook. I am also starting twitter, flickr and instagram - but that is all that I have time to do. Writing articles, sending links and so on will take too much time I think.

Do you mean buying traffic using Google or other sources? Where can I find sellers of quality traffic for my website? It is not the people who is looking for porn who will be interested in my website - and large amount of traffic with a high bounce rate is bad for google ranking.

Don't spend valuable dollars to any seo. Specially stay away from those company which promise you to get ranked in few weeks and don't produce you result at the end.
I would say, re-search a bit and do your own stuff, it may take time but in the long run it will pay off.

Facebook => you shouldn't use nude pictures or else...banned!
Whatever you do makew sure that your content contains lot of keywords related to your niche. Try google keywords tool to see which keywords performing well for your niche.
