AOL Customers Can't Access The Password Section
Does anyone know what needs to be done to make sure AOL users can always get passed the password screen? I have been finding that many AOL users can't get access to my site.
I have tried using the webmaster section of AOL, but it doesn't list any problems similar to mine which is basically that valid user names and passes won't work. Often I have them contact AOL to get help shutting off proxy servers or lowering their security settings a bit. It helps, but I can't figure out exactly what is the issue. Is there something I can have done to my server like updating it with something specificly that will fix this? |

Why not ask them to use a different browser. It's the AOL browser that causes the trouble.
