    How to recruit girls for porn?

    How does one actually go about recruiting girls legally for porn? 90% of the girls online will not believe you if you tell them you're a scout/recruiter in the adult entertainment industry.

    Would making business cards be a good idea? And leave one on the table at a restaurant for your waitress along with the tip? How about craigslist for local girls? I"m in Tennessee so would love to get some of these southern girls making some $$

    I would love to be a scout/recruiter for a popular adult site or film company one day so kind of want to start on my own just to get a little experience and just make some solo girl vids and what not to get the ball rolling.

    I don't expect to make anything for awhile. I just want to get the experience on recruiting/scouting. (I do have $$ to pay the girls for filming them or them sending me homemade vids)

      craigslist would do the trick always. maybe have a blog/website with couple of info. most of the girls will ask for alot of info.

              Haha no way!? Props to you lol. Do you drive around the parking lot and see hot girls get out of their cars and then put the flier on it? Or just randomly put them on cars? Cause what if some super uptight Church family gets a hold of the flyer and they have their kids with them lol would be an awkward drive home

                  Hang out by the ladies room at malls or "the Walmart" and since you are in Tennessee...trailer parks, mountain shacks. and what not.

                          Just a scenario....You could always use people out of your area. I live in the south and you want southern girls. So you could ask me if I had know of any girls (maybe from the red link on my signature) that would want to do some solo work for you. That's some "scouting and recruiting" right? Content doesn't need to be shot around you or even by you.
                          Or you could ask the big companies for a job.
                          Whatever is more feasible to your current situation.
