I use both ccbill and zombaio and I prefer zombaio, which offers lower processing costs at approx 11% max

Further, in order to accept visa with ccbill you need to pay $750 (zombaio accepts visa at no extra cost) and you need a registered business name (whereas zombaio accepts D.B.A. names)

I'm not sure if zombaio is compatible with shopping cart-style systems, if you're looking to go that route, but if you're strictly concerned about processing costs and ease of use for individual payments where you handle to transfer of the digital goods, I'd go with zombaio
