Do i need 2257 for non nudes
Greetings,
I am promoting a adult fetish guide (ebook) and recently bought some photos off of a basic royalty free site. These are non nude photos and there is no nudity on the site. In addition, I am not selling porn or using any nude photos, however my topic is adult. Would I need 2257 for any non nude photos I place on this site or in the book? |

By Federal Law, no UNLESS they zoom in on the genital area (nude or not).
But, even with that being the law - many billing companies require it for every site they work with (non-nude or hardcore, same billing company rules).
