I think that's the solution, for that amount of visitors google, a lot of webmasters and a lot of returning visitors have to love your site. And for sure you will need a good hosting.

I tried very long, short and no descriptions and for me it didn't matter. The only thing that seemed to work was the title of the site and url. But I can be wrong. I have manually built tube (4000 videos).

I've found that the advice on growing tube sites is varied depending on who you talk to. There are so many different strategies and ways to make it work. I hope I'm on the right train, but I've been seeing a little growth just from quality back links.

This is old school and takes a little time but it?s guaranteed to get you some direct traffic. Gallery submission. Some may laugh and say it?s dead but I am using this right now for my tube site. I just started back major submitting only a couple of months ago. Check out the progress in Alexa ranking. There are still some successful tgp?s out there like Freeones. Submit some galleries with a reciprocal link back your website. Only submit to Tgp?s that have an archive. This along with some other techniques will work for you. You can?t depend on google for your traffic. Some times you have to be more aggressive.
