Hotlinking solution for tube owners?
Hey, got a issue with hotlinking on a tube site wondering what kind of solution you guys are using... this is on a old tubex script. Is the best thing to do have a custom script rename the video files periodically? is there any other solutions out there? got to put a clamp on this it's suck b/w like crazy... so far I have blocked china and done what I can do in htaccess in terms of blocking files form hot links but doesnt seem to help much.

Try mod_auth_token. Should be trivial to integrate into tubex. I used this for a wordpress blog that hosts its own vids.
