Do I a need any kind of special hosting? -> you needa hosting that allows adult sites, a cheap one to start is a shared one like HostGator

Do I need an autoresponder? -> why? lol do you have an office and go on vacation oftenly? you need at least an email account (provided by your hosting) like [email protected]

Is it possible to run a subscription site with outsourced/paid content? -> yep

Where can I get good, solid content(video)? -> depends on your business: tube sites, download video sites, video webcam sites... If you want to success try to do genuine stuff

What is the basic set up for a subscription site? (I've never subscribed to a paid porn site) -> like 4 usd a month

What platform is best (Wordpress, html etc.) -> depends on your idea you would need one script or other
