I would say, try the webcam sites in the interim, and then just request a cut of the funds whilst you're building your site, but defo have affiliate links built in on a place holding site where you can show the live feeds (gets you income automatically based on the user purchases)

Sounds like you have a nice set up to start a webcam studio. Sign up as a studio at webcam sites and let the sites and models do all the work for you. Trust me I started my own webcam site and finding models that will actually work is very difficult even when you offer to pay them by the hour. You would think with the way the economy is these days you would have them lining up for work. Also with endless hours of SEO, backlinking and advertising, hosting fees etc etc it is so hard for a new start up to get the traffic that it really needs to turn a profit. I am a female webcam model myself that ventured out to start my own site because I believe performers deserve to keep more of their money. But If i were really in it for the money then I would have choosen to start a studio instead.
But hey I am in it for the long haul. Good luck! Sounds like you could be sitting on a gold mine.

I can recommend you signup on LiveJasmin and create a master account, you can add the models and select what % of the earnings is for each performer.

to the OP, you mentioned you want 'fast cash'. I wouldn't necessarily consider becoming a studio to best the best avenue to achieve that. Turn-over is high and the rates on many sites are low. It could take you a long time to earn back what you put into the business if you don't have a bunch of serious, hard working chicas who want to work for you. The problem is that most serious, hard working chicas also pay attention to their $$$, and won't sign up with you when they can earn more signing up solo. If you really want to get into camming, look into affiliate work.

Affiliate work takes time and effort as well, but in that area of the business YOU get to decide how much $$$ you want to make, based on the work you're prepared to put into it. As a studio, you earnings will be highly dependent upon others (the cam chicas). Did I mention cam girl turnover is high? Camming is not a 'get rich quick' scheme, for studios or for cam chicas.

I get why you think starting a studio would be the easiest choice, given that your prior tenant set up the flat for you, but setting up a work space is the easiest part. You'd still need to continually recruit cam girls to replace the ones who leave because they decide to start again solo, as well as those who just stop showing up because they decide camming is not for them.

You say you have 8 chicas right now who are potentially interested. 2 may end up signing up with you. Let's pretend for a moment all 8 end up signing up with you. Two weeks in you may have one chica left who shows up for work and actually earns. That's the nature of the business.

With a few significant exceptions that don't apply to you, the highest earners on most sites would never work for a studio. I think alot of guys see top-earning chicas raking in the $$$ on cam and want a piece of that. Camming doesn't work that way. The highest earners generally know the business and would not partner up with a studio when they can earn more $$$ solo. Of those who do, most start up again solo after they realize how much $$$ they lose as a studio cammer. As such, your proposed business plan is not sustainable.

Perhaps this is naive, but I wish that more people with a desire to enter into the cam business would approach it from an angle that doesn't involve taking a significant percentage of the paltry percentage most cam sites offer cam chicas. On a practical level, with affiliate work you don't have to deal with the headaches of running a physical studio, or become a parasitic virtual studio that needs to use underhanded tactics to gain sign-ups.

With affiliate work (where you earn $$$ based upon how many customers sign up to a cam site and spend through your links) all you need is a computer and yourself. You don't need to rely on anyone else.

If I were you I'd sell the cam studio equipment your old tenant left behind and start reading gfy like a fiend to learn more about affiliate work. Sign up to sites as an affiliate and start working. You'll make more $$$ in less time with fewer hassles.
