    The term "Sexually Explicit Conduct" - Connects with Lingerie or Bikinis?

    I am looking at the direct definition of the term "Sexually Explicit Conduct:"

    (A) Except as provided in subparagraph (B), ?sexually explicit conduct? means actual or simulated?
    (i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
    (ii) bestiality;
    (iii) masturbation;
    (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
    (v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;

    From an adult-community perspective, can this term still be connected to Lingerie or Bikinis? Interested to see what other members have to say about this one!

    Yes, it sure can. Google the term "Dost Factors"

    Or find and read US vs. Dost 636 f.supp 828
    US vs. Knox (2 cases: 776 f.supp 174 and 32 f.3d 733)

    You can have a " lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person" without any nudity.

      Nice, gotta hand it to the lawyers for being so descriptive about this crap. What if the "focus" is on the boobs? Then it sounds fine!
