    YouTube frozen at 300 views

I have some non-nude trailers hosted on youtube, that promote my adult site.

My goal was to achieve about 15,000 views in one day, but my hits were frozen at 300. I used skimmed traffic set at 1,000 per hour.

What did I do wrong here? I've seen people achieve this before. Should I try a different traffic source? Less hits per hour? PM me if you'd like, thank you!

Youtube stops processing views on the fly after 300 views. It updates every hour or possibly everyday. It's still tracking views, just wait for it to update

As a test, I sent about 2,000 popunders and 1,000 skimmed. After a day, my views only show 1,246 views. I wonder what happened to all the other traffic I sent.

Just because one stat says you sent X amount of traffic and the other shows a different number don't count on it to be an exact match..maybe some of the people closed the windows right away, maybe some had popunders blocked, maybe some where in a country like China that has youtube blocked...there could be a dozen different reasons for someone not to actually reach that destination. At least you know it's still counting and not froozen.

Good points, however... the traffic source "SUPPOSEDLY" doesn't count popunders that are blocked, and I didn't use any Chinese traffic. Thanks for the help though.

Youtube has a standard precaution set up. At 300 views your traffic is physically looked at to see if it's legit. They are looking for things like if all traffic is from the same IP. Opening up your video and hitting F5 all day would be the simplest forn of sleazy shit in their books or bombing it with 15,000 hits in one day and then traffic stops, bad sign. It is usually frozen for just a few hours but if they found something I have heard of it being as long as three days.
We can help you with your youtube stuff at our place. If you like since your a fellow GFY member you can shoot me a PM to garylee at cuntrybabes dot com. I will throw you a 1000 views for nothing. I'll also toss in some likes, favorites, and subscriptions as well. The best part is we have access to over a thousand different IP's so no danger in getting a ban. All for nothing but the price of an e-mail. Hope this helps.
